Job Purpose

Ensures the timely and required quality performance in the production of safe operable and economic engineering and design in accordance with Project/Proposal Management requirements.

  • Make calculation notes and reports for the building or infrastructure he is in charge of            
  • Produce the design of the projects in relation with the project manager.

Job Purpose

HSE Supervisor 

Act as a specialist in HSE to support field disciplines in order to complete the project in a healthy, safe and environmentally friendly manner in compliance with JESA HSE Program and local regulations

Main Scope/Responsibilities

  • Ensure the JESA HSE Program (SPA, SOR, TMT, PTW, RHA,..) are implemented
  • Check that all stakeholders have the necessary competency prior to start an activity  including HSE induction
  • Produce the HSE Reporting delivrables (daily, weekly, monthly, …)
  • Monitor compliance to HSE standards; include monitoring client HSE requirements; conduct scheduled field visits and inspections; recommend and follow through on corrective actions.

Project Control Manager

Generally functions as the assigned Project Controls Engineer or Project Controls Manager, performing Project Controls functions and supervising other Project Controls personnel.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring the project controls department delivers a cost and schedule effective, high standard of project controls services to all internal and external clients. 
  • Specific responsibilities include:
    • To attract, assemble and manage a high-quality Project controls team 
    • To participate in the development of project control procedures and JESA’s Project Controls systems 
    • To routinely report on the cost, schedule and resource trends and forecasts on all projects.

Senior Scheduler

Effectively and productively coordinate, manage and carry on planning and scheduling functions. Proof all activities have been captured per SOW, proof activity sequencing. Check float in the schedule makes sence. Must be able to run autonomous under PCM and/or SME guidelines. Provide administrative support to the nominated Project Planner

Main Scope/Responsibilities

  • Assist PCM, PM and/or SME to enter all Project tasks and associated resources and time frames into project planning software. Understand the WBS concept and AWP
  • Assist in baseline schedule development. Able to develop WBS with the assistance of PCM and/or SME.
  • Coordinate with discipline leads to balance equivalent man-power for resource loaded schedules and prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis narrative
  • Preparation of Design, Procurement and Construction Status Report for projects per PCM, PM and/or SME.

Cost Control Manager

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for controlling the entire cost control effort on a panel. The cost control manager generally reports directly to the Project Manager or the Project Controls Manager, and may have one or more Cost Engineers reporting to him.  The cost control manager could work in a corporate office and simultaneously work on multiple projects within the panel.The cost control manager may be directly or indirectly responsible for supervising the work of more junior Cost Engineers, and provide a training and mentoring role.

Electrical & Instrumentation Superintendent

The Craft Superintendent role is to supervise, coordinate, and schedule construction work activities in one or more construction disciplines (mechanical, electrical, piping, civil, …) in conformance with plans, quality specifications, schedules and cost estimates.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the activities of contractors and subcontractors performing craftwork, ensuring compliance with project quality, safety, and security requirements

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Project Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that defined Project Quality Plan and program are effectively implemented. 
Project Quality Engineer is assigned to small, Medium Size Project or PMC work. In case Quality Engineer is assigned to large Project or Program, he reports to Project/Program Quality Manager. 

Main Scope/Responsibilities

  • Prepares or supports Quality Manager on developping and implementing  the Project Quality Plan (PQP) as part of Project Execution Plan (PEP) in line with JESA Quality system and specific Client or contract requirements.
  • Ensures sufficient monitoring of Project Quality System implementation and effectiveness
  • Assists PM for project initiation check lists and supports on implementation
  • Support the PM in the selection of appropriate JVEPs
  • Ensures that Client surveys are planned and faciliates implementation.
  • Ensures that gate reviews are planned and assists in faciliting the reviews together with Quality Manager, and filing the reports
  • Working with Quality Manager/Ops Quality Manager on developping Quality audits plan
  • Stimulates  Value plus/sustainability plus and ensure documentation
  • Champions performance improvement and preventive and corrective actions for non-conformances.

HSE Manager

The HSE Manager  will develop and implement the strategic HSE plan of projects or BU under his/her responsibilities. The HSE Manager has to support day-to-day field activities within a Business Line, lead and support the HSE safety culture by developing effective partnerships, communicating, facilitating and aligning HSE improvements either directly and/or through others.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

  • Analyze the site-specific HSE procedures for adequacy;  
  • Analyze the site-specific HSE procedures for adequacy;  
  • Conduct regular site HSE Audits, reviews and inspections to ensure compliance with all applicable safety, health and Environment procedures;
